So if you wear Stussy, The Hundreds, Supreme, or any of those brands, that makes you a “hypebeast”? That’s one of the dumbest stereotype and shit I’ve heard. I don’t wear and buy clothes ‘cause it’s the “hype”, I wear and buy those clothes because I like them, because their nice. Not only do I wear and buy those “hypebeast” brands clothing, I also wear clothes from Old Navy, Macy’s, Target, etc. I buy it because I think it’s nice, not because it’s the hype. And people need to get over the fact that not everyone buy clothes cause it’s in, some people actually buy clothes because they like it. I want a pair of Nike sbs. Does that make me a hypebeast? No. I want the shoe because it’s clean. I like the way it looks. Not because everyone else is wearing it. But hey, everybody is entitle to their own opinions, so if what I wear makes me a hypebeast, then okay.
